To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximize guest experience, we require cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings of 14 or more nights. This changeover will usually happen every 14 days and will be at an additional cost to the guest. Guests are advised to vacate the property during the time of the clean and give access to the cleaner due to health and safety purposes. Failure to comply with the 14-day cleaning changeover will result in the guest being charged for a failed clean attempt. Damages to the linen and towels, including stains by fake tans and makeup, could result in additional charges. We have a strict no-pet policy. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. Smoking is prohibited inside the flat. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee. We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels, but we do not iron our sheets.
