Parking regulations are enforced within Controlled Parking Zones during specific hours, typically between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays. During these times, parking is paid for, but outside of these hours, it is free to park. In the De Beauvoir Square area, parking restrictions are more relaxed, allowing free parking all weekend.

Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. A minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so be careful with them. The property is cleaned and set up for remote access. Linen and towels are removed after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Complimentary tea, coffee, and travel-sized toiletries are provided, along with a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll, which should last a couple of days. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card.
