No parties or extra guests are allowed, and guests are asked to respect the neighbours by keeping noise down, especially after 10 pm. Indoor shoes or slippers are preferred, and guests should lock the door and windows when leaving. A government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card are required for online verification, with the option of a refundable gbp 500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of gbp 40.
