Rent includes water but excludes all other bills. Tenant responsible for setting up accounts for Council Tax, Electricity, Internet and TV Licence (the latter if appropriate).

Tenancy is managed solely by Landlord and his Team.

There is the potential for parking on site, but is presented more as a perk than a "given". Landlord happy to explain when at viewing.
