Word from the owner-
This flat has been a special home for the past 10 years — light and airy in summer, cosy in winter, and always a calm, welcoming place to return to. I’ve lovingly renovated it to feel both classic and contemporary, and it’s been the backdrop to everything from Christmas dinners to birthday celebrations. We’ll be sad to leave, but i’m sure it will bring just as much joy to the next person, couple or family.
The street is quiet, friendly and safe, with a lovely community feel — we’ve made great neighbours and always enjoy a quick chat. West Ham Park is right on the doorstep and has been our go-to for relaxing, running and meeting friends. It’s a peaceful spot, but just a short walk from Stratford, Hackney Wick and Forest Gate. With Clapton fc nearby, there’s even a brilliant little community hub around the corner.
