We have one studio room available downstairs that comes with a small kitchenette and 2 rooms upstairs available.
Three shared shower rooms have all been recently installed and are modern and spacious and two shared W/c's
The property also has a communal washing machine and the shared kitchen is also newly installed and comes with all the appliances needed.
Rent per month is inclusive of al bills and Wi-Fi but excluding electric.
The communal areas are cleaned every week.
This is a modern house and everything is in good order.
