Complete overhaul of the rear patio area - creating a rounded end to the patio leading to the rear gate, raised borders to the edges. Rendering / re-rendering of all walls. New fencing and trellis to allow climbing plants (possibly star jasmines) to shroud the perimeter in evergreen. Planting of tree to grow and provide shade (possibly cherry tree) and other planting as seen fit. This should be a low maintenance garden requiring cutting back once a year.
Rear garden is up steps, but as elevated enjoys sun pretty much all day, whilst the lower patio gives shade most of the day.
Ideally looking for someone wanting a longer term let (12 months at a time, but ongoing if not issues), and also happy to take part in moulding the rear patio, taking care of and watering plants, and enjoying the development of the garden over the first few years, nd may be far beyond.
