This is because it generally takes around 3 months for a house sale to complete - from offer acceptance to completion. The most likely scenario is that you can be there 6 months or probably more, given how sluggish the property sales market is. The 3 month notice period works both ways - i.e. You give 3 months notice if you wish to move out.
3. No internet at the property. Tenants will need to arrange this themselves as a short-term/pay-as-you-go, or dongle with their chosen internet provider.
4. Sofa is useable, but the back is broken: The back of the sofa is broken, and so must be kept up against the wall, as pictured.
5. There is no TV or TV license at the property.
