Welcome to our home! Over the past 4 years we have renovated and modernised it whilst keeping all the charm of the Victorian house.

The shower room has a modern brass rain shower, a sink basin and toilet.

The second bedroom is a large double with wooden floors and planty of space for a wardrobe or chest of drawers.We then have a single room. There is lots of space for a single bed and storage, or use it as an office, as we currently do.

Pets are welcome - there is a cat flap and the garden is fully enclosed.
Smokers welcome but only allowed to smoke in the garden.
Utilities. We currently pay £130 per month for gas and electricity. The house is actually very efficient when it comes to heating. Council tax is £140 per month at present.
Redecoration is allowed, within reason and will be required to be returned to its original paintwork/a neutral colour when you vacate.
