We have a three bedroom house located in a quiet area just 15 mins walk to the centre of Carlisle. From two month stay to long term. Dates are flexible happy to consider start in late Aug, Sept, Oct or Nov to plan ahead.

We staying in the single until we move to Spain ( hopefully later this year) then will rent out the single also.

We're looking to rent out both double rooms. Each rooms has a private 43" 4K TV. One has a king sized bed the other room has a double bed & workstation with Printer. All windows have recently been upgraded to triple glazing. All bills included* subject to a fair utilities usage.

Discount offered for both rooms booked by friends who know each other £50pm off each .

We have a clean & tidy home as i've been doing for a year now.
