I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our two bedroom shared house.

Jess (the housemate you'd be living with) is a teacher in the local area and we've lived together for nearly 8 years.
Unfortunately I need to move to be closer to work so need someone to take over my room.

The house is just two bedrooms and a tiny box room we've turned into an office.

A full dining room (plenty of bookshelves) and a large living room with double doors that lead to the garden. The kitchen is small but the fridge is brand new and it's in good condition.

The bedroom is a large double with bag windows - large built in wardrobes on one wall and double glazed.

It can be furnished or unfurnished as needed.

Jess takes care of the garden and Pudding the cat is very happy to run outside all day and chase bee's or her tail so you must be cat friendly!

I'm moving in July but can be flexible on date if you need to move early / mid July instead.
