The kitchen is well-equipped, with a cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There are pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for shared use and access from the kitchen to the rear yard.

We have regular cleaners for the shared areas and a dedicated maintenance team who carry out frequent checks as well as being on hand for any issues that may be reported in the meantime. We also provide a 24/7 phone service.

All bills are included in the rental price: Gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband, so other than the £250 deposit and rent payments, there are no other costs to consider.
