While she may sometimes take a little longer to adjust to things, she enjoys engaging conversation and would love the companionship of someone who shares her love of music and a warm, relaxed atmosphere.

The home is kept at a comfortable 25°C to create a warm and cozy environment, so it may not be suitable for those who prefer cooler living spaces.

The role involves being around for an average of 4 out of 7 nights a week, with the exception of holidays (around 32 days per year). Listening to her in the mornings is part of the arrangement, as she enjoys having a bit of company to start the day. She is adjusting to house-sharing again, so your patience and understanding will help make this a smooth experience for both of you.

Additionally, you may have the option of taking her out for meals, attending jazz events, or gospel events together. In such cases, you would be responsible for chaperoning her and ensuring her safety and well-being during outings.

In exchange for affordable accommodation, the tenant is expected to contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week to light household tasks, such as cleaning and vacuuming, taking out rubbish, tidying shared areas, and maintaining a cooperative and friendly atmosphere. Sharing a meal or two is also welcome, as the resident enjoys good food and company.

The home includes a free car parking space for your use.

We are looking for a mature individual (preferably aged 40 or over) who is reliable, thoughtful, and fluent in Queen's English or well-spoken without a problem. A caring nature, patience, a great sense of humor, and a respectful, easygoing personality are important qualities for this arrangement.

For peace of mind, a Basic dbs check will be required, which can be self-applied online.
