At the end of each month all tenants will be presented with a elec bill based on actual meter readings and then equally split between the number of tenants. At the moment the average amount per person is £40-50 per person per month depending of the month and usage.

We have a by-weekly cleaning lady who cleans the kitchen, bathroom and corridors, this is a complimentary service we provide for the flat.

We are looking for a non smoking professional who has all the necessary references and also who is not a party animal, this is a professional flat share
