Hey there! Welcome to our friendly home in West London?

We have 2 spacious double rooms available which are fully furnished. Both located on 1st floor, they are blessed with plenty of sunlight ?

The 1st room overlooks the garden, trees and an open field?. The 2nd room overlooks the front of the house and has plenty of in-built storage wardrobe space.
There's a bathroom which is shared between the 2 rooms.

The 2 rooms have just been vacated by a couple, who were using one room as their living room ?, and the second room as a bedroom ?.
The set up is good for couples or two friends who would use the rooms in a similar way, however, the rooms can be taken individually by 2 people.

The house has a shared kitchen/diner, a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, and a cosy garden ?

At the moment we are one male and one female in the household, both working professionals (web design and mental health) in their late early 30’s ?

We are located in a quiet suburb area with ample green spaces including access to the Grand Union canal; close to local shopping centres, a variety of supermarkets, and leisure/fitness centres ?

There's free on-street parking; the A40 and A406 are easily accessible and we are less than a 40 min drive to central London.
We have excellent transport links, being within walking distance to trains (i. E., Central and Piccadilly line, and National Rail) and buses that go toward Ealing Broadway, Harrow, and Heathrow ?

We have a friendly house cat called Milo ?

We are looking to rent to professionals who do not smoke and clean up after themselves ? We are all working professionals who enjoy getting along with each other and take pride in looking after the communal areas!
