Transport wise, the house is a 10-15 minute walk to Tooting Bec station and a 15-20 minute walk to Tooting overground, and there are regular buses running to Clapham Junction. There's a parking space which is currently unused.
The room is a small double with plenty of communal and storage space to compensate, and there's an office downstairs with a desk.
