There is a large communal living area with a cozy sofa perfect for relaxing, socialising with your housemates or watching a movie on the smart tv. There is also a 4 seater dining table so you can sit and enjoy a meal or perhaps a takeaway from one of the near by eateries.
The communal bathroom is on the first floor and has a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.
What’s more - all the household bills are included in the rental price, we give our tenants complimentary high speed WiFi and a monthly communal cleaner too.
The house is close to many local shops, cafes and establishments. It is also close to major transport links with regular buses going into Burnley and surrounding areas.
