We have a very strict policy on parties and we monitor this very closely using surveillance. If you try and party in this property you will no doubt be removed on the first day, deposit kept and reservation not refunded.

3) Tidy up all of your mess.

Any extra cleaning that is required in the property will be charged out of your deposit. Please make sure that bins are emptied, and any washing up is done before leaving.
