The space
Green Lane Home Stays is a family run homestay consisting of 7 individual en-suite rooms in a large house with shared communal areas. We blend modern elegance with family-friendly amenities to ensure everyone has a memorable experience.
The house itself consists of 7 bedrooms, a communal living room, and a communal kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, electric hobs, fridge/freezer, microwaves, sinks, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery etc.
The only rooms shared by you and other guests are the communal kitchen and the communal living room
Each room is compact with a private en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, free wifi and smart TV.
The house is about a 15 minute drive from Heathrow airport, and 1 hour from Gatwick airport, 10 mins from Brunel University, 7 mins fron Hillingldon Hospital, and 15 mins from Uxbridge Town centre
Hillingdon station, Uxbridge station and Hayes and harlington station are all a 10 minutes drive away. You can easily take the bus to these stations too. To get to central London, it would take you an hour via tube/train.

There are 4-5 car park spaces in front of the house.

* Tenat access 24h available at all times without disturbing other Tenants.
* Tenant can use the shared kitchen, and shared communal areas.
* Please be mindful and respectful towards other Tenants.
* Minimum 6 to 12 months Tenancy agreemant.
