A short drive to the Copdock Interchange Retail Park and central Ipswich for the Waterfront, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and retail. Also very easy access to Capel St Mary local shops and a cycle ride to the local pub. Postcode IP8 3JH.

Rooms vary in facility and size hence different price points. Two with ensuites, one with balcony and countryside views, two large doubles, one standard double. All rooms have comfortable beds and more than adequate storage and wardrobe space.
