Onsite porter. One bathroom, one shower room, one separate WC. Single professionals and students welcome.
All bills included (electricity, gas, water, broadband, TV license and council tax); fortnightly clean of common parts. Tenant provides own bed linens, pillows and towels. Room furnishings include double bed, mattress with protector, bedside lights, bedside table top, desk and chair, built in wardrobes and bookcases. Kitchen includes essential crockery, cutlery and equipment, dishwasher, hoover, mop and pail, brush and pan, toaster, kettle, washer, dryer, microwave, fridge freezer.

Further Lettings arrangements information:
AST tenancies:
Reservation deposit* per tenancy - equal to one week's rent
Initial rent (less reservation deposit** above) - as per tenancy agreement
Tenancy deposit:
- For ASTs with annual rent under £50,000 - equivalent of 5 weeks' rent
- For ASTs with an annual rent above £50,000 - equivalent of 6 weeks' rent
Addendum:
- Change or amendment to terms during tenancy, requested by tenant - £50.00 including VAT at 20%
- Change of sharer during a tenancy - £50.00 including VAT at 20%. (subject to landlord consent).
- Replacement of security keys and devices, cost of devices plus £50.00 including VAT
- Leaving the tenancy on terms other than those provided in the agreed Break Clause gives rise to a tenant obligation to reimburse the landlord for relevant and reasonable re-marketing costs as well as meeting rental and outgoing costs until the tenancy is replaced or the Break Clause may be correctly operated whichever comes first.
Late rental payments:
Arrears charged at 3% above Bank of England Base Rate
(levied from 14th day of arrears period but charged from 1st day of arrears period)
