Room 2 is a comfortable, furnished, good-sized double bedroom. You would also have use of the shared living room with TV and a good kitchen with washing machine, plenty of cupboard space, 2 fridges and microwave.

Outside is a rear yard with a bistro table and 2 chairs. If you do smoke, you may only smoke outside.

The current tenants are 2 males and 1 female.

The house has 2 modern shower rooms with WCs that are for shared use between the 4 tenants. One large shower room with a rainfall shower head and a directional head, and one smaller shower room with electric shower, toilet and sink.

We do have a minimum term of 6 months. After that it extends automatically month by month until you are ready to move on.

Some bills are included within the rent. Council tax, internet and gas/electricity preloaded to £200 per month. Usage beyond this is not included and tenants should budget for some utility expenses per month.
Any TV license required is the tenant's responsibility.
