The third bedroom is upstairs and has another room off it that could be used as an office or storage.

Personal view. I love this house. If you like big sky and country views to distant mountains you will love it too. It keeps on delighting you right from the first footsteps with the promise of sitting on the patio watching the beautiful sunsets on long summer days with your guests, to its cosy living room with the beamed ceiling and the super large garage with the extended storage area and possible workshop this must be what living on a ranch in Montana feels like.The owner will leave a gas cooker and a fridge if you need them. The house has propane gas heating and is double glazed. This will be a lovely place to call home for a few years.
