We will be looking for a minimum term of 3 years.
The barns at Spring Hill were converted in three phases during the late 1990s till around 2010 and so the office park is well established and has had a continuing process of improvements ongoing.
The office units and communal areas are all very well maintained, and the rural tranquil aspect of the views and open aspect countryside create a very pleasant ambient environment to work. There are outdoor seating and patio areas and wide-ranging views towards the two lakes to the north of the office park and the reservoir dam wall and Pitsford All Saints church to the East.
The wide splay access to the main A508 is from a concrete tree lined driveway with grass verges with paddocks either side which are grazed by the friendly Ouessant sheep, miniature Shetland ponies, Haflinger horse and pygmy goats and the new arrival of a Llama. There is excellent access suitable for all deliveries.
There are 8 allocated car parking spaces available with “Harvest Barn” office unit but there are also up to 50 shared visitor overflow spaces around the office park.
On site is a skip area where office administration waste relating to the office units can be left.
With eco in mind there are currently 2 electric charging points on site which use a downloadable app for payment. This will eventually be increased to having extra electric charging points as demand increases. There are plans to add an extra electric charging point this summer.
The site benefits from having an onsite oil powered generator to help in the event of any power outages caused by the National grid regionally. This helps office units to carry on working and data loss.
