The Byre is a self contained character office unit over two stories on the award winning
Office Park of Spring Hill.

The current tenants have been resident on site since the first unit was converted from
redundant stone farm barns in 1997 and are only moving now due to down sizing.

The barns at Spring Hill were converted in three phases during the late 1990s till around
2010 and so the office park is well established and has had a continuing process of
