Technical description of the homes – Newly built residences with high quality finishes
Testing and structure
The structure of the buildings rests on a solid reinforced concrete foundation, built according to the project calculations and in accordance with the Technical Building Code (cte). The construction includes columns, beams and bidirectional floors in reinforced concrete, ensuring stability and durability.
Facade and external fixtures
The facade will be finished with smooth plaster and exterior paint, applied on a brick wall perforated by half a foot. The external frames will be in lacquered aluminum with thermal break, with casement, sliding or vasistas openings, based on the function of each room. The bedrooms will be equipped with insulated aluminum shutters, with motorized control in the master bedroom. Double glazing with air chamber will guarantee thermal comfort in every season.
Masonry and insulation
The partition walls between the residential units include a mixed system of masonry and plasterboard on both sides, with high-performance mineral wool panels for thermal and acoustic insulation. The external wall will also be completed internally with insulated plasterboard.
Coverings
The terraces of the houses will be waterproofed and finished with non-slip porcelain stoneware. The lower roofs of the blocks will be finished with synthetic grass, while the upper ones with decorative white gravel.
Coverings and flooring
All rooms will have plasterboard false ceilings, except for one bathroom with an inspectable false ceiling for the air conditioning system.
