Sarzana is located on the border with Tuscany, but is already part of Liguria. A nice, small active town close to the sea surrounded by olive groves and forests. Still part of Sarzana, this village is in the hills about 3km from it. Easy access by normal asphalted road, then gravel road (private road) (about 150m) Next to it is an abandoned house, which may have its own access from the back.
The house was built in 1984, is in need of renovation, not inhabited for 3 years.
It has a beautiful location - view - woods meadows between two mountains also some sea - but I don't want to claim that it is a house with sea view - you can catch some of it from time to time.
You can park close to the house (a cellar - now storage space for wine equipment etc - could be converted into a garage) or right at the beginning of the property, which then becomes terraced. At the bottom supported by a concrete wall.
House - ground floor: Large living room with fireplace and pizza oven, adjacent small kitchen and bathroom. Spiral staircase to the first floor.
