From the M5 junction 29 take the A30 towards Honiton, follow the road until the Daisymount Junction. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit pass under the A30 and at the next roundabout take the first exit following signs to Ottery St Mary. Follow Mill Street passing over the bridge and bear left and the development can then be found on the right hand side.
