Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

Location location location. Familiar phrase? Well it¿s a good one and this property excels in that regard, see further information re Wettenhall and all it has to offer below.

Let me try and introduce another phrase! Layout layout layout. Not only is this a beautifully proportioned home at just under 2000 square feet, it is terrifically planned and executed with day to day family life in mind. The open plan kitchen is exactly how modern families live and in addition to this there are two more reception rooms. Upstairs, the two en suite bedrooms are ideally positioned at opposite ends of the landing whilst the central bathroom serves the other two doubles.

Add to all of this a large family garden, off road parking, a garage, fabulous rural views and forming one of just four bespoke houses on the development and you will find yourself repeating the consequential phrase of all the above¿but buy buy!
