In accordance with this dine out culture an abundance of tavernas (ouzeri), cafes, grill houses, street vendors and restaurants (estiatorio) are ready to serve up a variety of mouth-watering Greek and - for the less adventurous - international meals.

Since Greece is home to over 60 islands, locals and visitors cannot rely on just one form of transportation alone, instead they have to use a combination of different networks to travel across the country.
