Owner Insight

"Having lived and worked in Torquay for many years, when we were looking to move we knew that we wanted our new home to be in the Warberries, an area that we aspired to, not only a highly regarded conservation area but a convenient location for us as it is close to the shops and amenities in Wellswood, as well as having Torquay’s picturesque harbour at the base of the hill.

After carrying out a comprehensive search of the area we stumbled across Quay Tor and were immediately attracted to the bungalow. Despite the property needing refreshing and updating we could see ourselves living here and along with friends we redesigned the configuration to ensure that the accommodation was maximised and it met our needs, which it has done admirably.

Having enjoyed 11 very happy years living here, it is with a heavy heart that the decision has been made to downsize and start a new chapter, but looking to remain close-by due to benefits that this location offers."
