Seller's Comment:
We’ve really loved living in this apartment.
It’s such a peaceful and quiet spot, yet we can be in the town centre in less than 10 minutes on foot, which has been perfect for everyday life and shopping trips.
The apartment itself feels so spacious, with a great layout, lots of storage, and the rare bonus of having two bathrooms.
We’ve enjoyed the views over the garden (especially at sunset), and the modern appliances and access to fast gigabit internet been a game changer for work and hobbies.
Having plenty of parking and a lift available has also been great for when we’ve had family and friends visiting, plus we’ve been so lucky with our neighbours, who have become good friends.
This flat has seen us through new jobs, our engagement, our wedding and countless other memories, and we’re really going to miss it.
Chris's Comment:
This is a lovely small block of apartments! Most wouldn't even know they are tucked away in Gordon Crescent in a quiet spot. The apartment itself is a great size, has the benefit of having a bathroom and ensuite, great living space too, and the grounds are very private and useable too! Definitely worth a look!
Area Comment:
Living in Camberley is like having the best of both worlds; you get the charm of a leafy town with all the modern conveniences that's got just enough shops and restaurants to keep you entertained and your wallet/purse empty, plenty of green spaces for those 'I should really start running' moments and easy access for London via the M3, A30 and several train stations nearby. There's an abundance of great schools for all ages locally too, and enough coffee shops to make sure you get your daily fix!
