Jan's Comment...
This is such a great opportunity for someone to purchase a home not only in a great location but also for anyone wanting to put their own stamp on. The home is on the first floor and has some excellent space on offer. Inside you will find a good size double bedroom with plenty of natural light coming through with the two windows. Behind this you have the entrance hall with two storage cupboards and bathroom. The living room to the back is a good size and has a lovely bay window with views over the communal garden. The separate kitchen has plenty of storage but could be opened up by removing the wall to create a larger open plan space which is really popular and would add value.
Outside you have allocated parking but also the benefit of multiple visitor spaces, however one of the things I like the most is the fact you have a private rear communal garden to use which is rare for an apartment. This could be a perfect first time or investment purchase, if you are looking for home in a great location that has no onward chain complications, then this really is not one to miss out on, I can't wait to take you on a tour in person.
Area Comment...
Townsend Close is set in a quiet and peaceful area with plenty of green space on it's doorstep. It is perfect for those who love walking and mountain biking, with Savernake Park and Swinley Forest both a short walk away, where there is 2,500 acres of woodland to explore. It's also an ideal spot for commuting as it is walking distance to Martins Heron Station and also has a bus stop just around the corner from the home. There are shops locally for your everyday essentials but also a Tesco right by the station and Sainsbury's superstore, less than a mile away.
