Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home/property?
I love the St George Wharf Estate. It's really clean and secure, and the Concierge Service is incredibly efficient. As to the flat itself, it has to be the outside space and the views. We have a wraparound balcony which gives us views from the City of London right round to my favourite place on Earth, the Oval Cricket Ground, then on round to the Nine Elms development. It's stunning at night.

Why are you selling?
We are upsizing.

What do you love about the area?
Where to start? First of all, the Oval Cricket Ground (of course). But there is so much more: Pubs and restaurants on the river, Battersea Park, the new Battersea Power Station complex. The most recent fantastic addition is the Market Place food mall where you can get everything from a custard donut through to a genuinely spicy Mumbai curry.
Not to be forgotten are the transport links. Victoria line and trains out of Waterloo, river buses and now you even have the Northern Line extension. You can get to the St Pancras on the tube in 15 minutes. City Airport in 45 minutes. Heathrow, Gatwick in under an hour.
