three-bedroom mid-terrace is ready for immediate move-in and sits in a highly sought-after location just off beverley road. The property features a fully paved front courtyard, which can easily be adapted for off-street parking. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with a large bay window, a full-width dining room with doors to the garden, and an extended galley kitchen. Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms, a versatile third bedroom, and a modern bathroom. The rear garden is well maintained, with a patio, lawn, and access to a spacious garage.

Our Thoughts
Etherington Road is always popular, and this property is a great example of why. The location is ideal for anyone wanting easy access to Beverley Road and the surrounding amenities. The house itself is well presented and has a layout that works for both families and professionals. The living room is bright thanks to the bay window, and the dining room is a real bonus, offering plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen is wider than most in the area, and the flow out to the garden makes it feel even bigger. Upstairs, the bedrooms are all a good size, especially the main one at the front. The garage at the back is a real plus, whether for storage or parking. Overall, it’s a solid property in a spot that always attracts interest.

Owner's Thoughts
We’ve really enjoyed living here, especially with how close everything is. The front courtyard has been handy, and we always thought about turning it into parking. The living spaces are open and get lots of light, which makes the house feel welcoming. The kitchen has been great for us, with more room than you’d expect. The garden is easy to look after and has been a nice place to spend time, especially with the garage for extra storage. Upstairs, the bedrooms have worked well for us, giving everyone their own space. We think it’s a great home for anyone wanting to be in this area.

Location
The property is located off Beverley Road which acts as one of the main feeder roads into Hull. It offers excellent local amenities, shopping, recreational and sports facilities with good public transport links to both the City Centre and Beverley. The Tesco superstore on Beverley High Road is within a short driving distance as are the universities on Cottingham Road.
