Greatham is a hamlet and former civil parish, now in the parish of Parham, in the Horsham district of West Sussex. The property is on Greatham Lane which provides direct access to Coldwaltham and Storrington, about 3 miles south of Pulborough. The cottage occupies a peaceful position with convenient access to the Wild Brooks, a popular nature reserve that is a haven for a wide range of wildlife.
