***Vendor comments*** "When I started searching for a home, I enjoyed exploring different properties and imagining the possibilities in each one. The moment I stepped into this house, I felt an immediate connection. It felt right. I fell in love with it and decided it was where I wanted to build my life.
What drew me in the most were the room sizes. They’re all really generous, especially the kitchen. It’s not enormous, but it has this lovely spacious feel that made it perfect for family meals, conversations, and quiet mornings with a cup of tea. The bathroom is simple and functional, but every other room has a warmth and balance that worked so well for us.
The garden was always a special space for me; it has so much potential. If you enjoy gardening or just want somewhere to unwind, it’s a lovely little canvas. There’s also a good-sized loft that could easily be converted if you ever wanted to expand.
What’s really made life here so easy is the location. Selhurst Station is just a ten-minute walk, East Croydon is about fifteen. There are so many bus options going into London and all around. Gatwick is under half an hour by car or just fifteen minutes on the train from East Croydon. Even Heathrow is accessible by direct bus from West Croydon.
The area is ideal for families. There are many schools nearby, including the Brit School of Arts and Drama, which is within walking distance.
I’ve lived here for many years with my family. We’ve shared birthdays, quiet Sundays, busy mornings and long evenings. This home has been filled with life and love. Now, my children have grown up and started families of their own. The house is a little too big for just me now, and though it’s hard to imagine not living here anymore, I know it’s time.
I hope the next owner will feel the same joy, warmth, and belonging that I did the day I first walked through the door."
