If you lived here...
Located on the third floor, this attractively finished flat opens into a bright, spacious hallway with pale wood flooring and crisp white walls. There’s a generous sense of width here, with space for additional furnishings and two large built-in cupboards neatly tucked away to keep things organised.
Straight ahead, the open-plan kitchen and reception room is bathed in natural light, thanks to full-height glazing and doors opening directly onto the balcony. The pale timber flooring continues underfoot, accentuating the airy feel. With distinct areas for dining and lounging, the layout works brilliantly for both relaxed evenings and entertaining. The kitchen units offer clean lines and ample storage, while the reception area maintains a comfortable, open flow.
The bedroom is well-proportioned and peaceful, with a wide window framing rooftop views. Carpeted and finished in soft, neutral tones, the room feels calm and inviting, with plenty of space for freestanding pieces to suit your needs.
The bathroom is smartly finished with contemporary grey tiling, a full-size bath, and an overhead shower. A large mirror amplifies the space, while subtle details lend a modern, polished edge.
Outside, the private balcony provides a quiet spot to relax or dine, elevated above the surrounding rooftops. Decked flooring and natural screening give it a cosy, secluded atmosphere, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

A word from the owner...
"We’ve loved calling this flat home. It’s wonderfully bright all day long, and the sunsets from the balcony are stunning with views stretching over Alexandra Palace and Tottenham Hale. With Crate St James on your doorstep there’s always plenty to do and the rotation of food vendors means you will never go hungry! One of our absolute favourite things has been Beaten by a Whisker just downstairs. Their cinnamon buns are impossible to resist, and there’s nothing better than waking up to the smell of fresh bread on a Saturday morning. The location is perfect for us — just a two-minute walk to St James Street station makes commuting a breeze, and the area is constantly evolving with new spots opening all the time. We’ve enjoyed countless walks with our dog around the nearby wetlands and marshes, which always feels like a peaceful escape from city life."
