Description
These two period barns sit to one side of a rectangular shaped level plot, adjacent to the farmhouse and a third period barn to which they previously belonged. One of the barns sits along the roadside boundary, and to its side is a gated entrance that provides a vehicular access. All three period barns benefitted from a consent to change their use from agricultural buildings into residential dwellings, granted in September 2020. For the two barns being sold in this lot, this consent has now lapsed and a subsequent application in August 2023 was refused. The barns no longer form part of an agricultural holding, furthermore a covenant on the title restricts their use to residential use only.
