Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
Haughton, a picturesque village nestled in the tranquil countryside near Bunbury, Tarporley and Nantwich is home to this stunning and charismatic three-story barn conversion spanning approximately 1,627 square feet. This property offers adaptable living spaces distributed across its three levels, making it a truly flexible residence.
Oak Farm is a beautifully crafted barn conversion development where each barn has been designed in a different way giving a sense of continuity whilst allowing for individual properties to display their own attributes and character.
The barn's interior boasts an outstanding level of presentation, evident in the recent, impressive upgrades to its bathrooms and breakfast kitchen. The latter is situated at the front of the property and provides charming views of the fully landscaped courtyard. It offers ample space for a table and chairs, complemented by high-grade appliances and extensive storage solutions.
