Owners comments:

We have lived here for 29 years and it has been a great family home to bring up our children (now grown and flown). We have many happy memories with family and friends here. The deck gets sunshine all day so you can have breakfast out there, relax during the day and chill out with a glass of wine in the evening.

The location has been perfect for a growing family with Lingfield Recreation ground and Mount Noddy Park very close by. The woods around Eden Vale are just a few minutes walk away if more adventure is needed – trees to climb, streams and bridges. The beauty of the Ashdown forest is also only a short drive. Primary and secondary schools are within walking distance as are the town and the station. This allowed our children some independence as they grew older and reduced the pressure on the parental taxi service!

East Grinstead has a stunning historic high street with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. London is less than an hour on the train for work or leisure and Brighton is also easily accessible. Plus it is genuinely the friendliest street we have ever lived on.
