About this property
This deceptively spacious three bedroom detached cottage is full of characterful features, complementing its grade II listing status, and offers a workshop/garage, impressive outbuilding and mature gardens
Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman
For anyone looking for a cosy cottage, Cobweb Cottage is the perfect match. The home is beautiful to look at with a charming country style and internally enjoys exposed brick walls, traditional windows, lovely wooden beams, flooring and doors that all help add to the cottage charm. These characteristics and more support its well-deserved grade II listing status.
Externally the home has plenty to offer and can support all sorts of lifestyles and interests. Keen gardeners will enjoy the diverse plot which includes lawned gardens, mature bedding and planting areas and patio spaces.
Those with hobbies, an interest in crafts or in need of a home office, workshop or extra storage will make use of the brilliant outbuildings, which for a property of this style and size are quite extensive.
The driveway to the front extends behind the wooden gates for additional parking and adjoins the single garage which is currently used as a workshop. The connecting outbuilding has been impressively finished throughout and provides two rooms, connected by double glass doors, creating the ideal location for a home office/studio if required or additional reception space, there is also a shower room and a mezzanine level offering storage space.
