Vendors Comments
i’ve absolutely love living here — the location is ideal, with easy access to Pinner, Northwood, Hatch End and even central London. I moved in after downsizing and quickly fell in love with the area.
One of my favourite features is the triple-aspect windows, which flood the space with natural light. The L-shaped living room and generous kitchen have made everyday life so comfortable. I’ll miss the beautiful tree at the front of the property — the sound of the wind rustling through the leaves and the changing colours through the seasons have brought me so much joy. And, of course, the neighbours have been wonderful — friendly, supportive, and always up for a chat.

This one’s going to catch the eye of first-time buyers, downsizers, or investors.
It’s a well-presented one-bedroom flat, but there’s a real bonus here, an additional space that’s currently used for storage but would potentially make a brilliant home office
Inside, you’ll find a generous L-shaped lounge/dining area, a separate kitchen with plenty of room to cook properly, and a modern bathroom. There are also two useful storage cupboards, and everything’s in excellent condition throughout — you can move straight in.
Outside, there are well-kept communal gardens and off-street parking, plus you're tucked away in a quiet spot that’s still close to the heart of Pinner with great transport links.
Area Comments...
Schools
Pinner is well known for its excellent schools, making it a popular spot for families and professionals alike. Nearby options include West Lodge Primary School, Pinner Wood Primary, and Northwood and Haydon High Schools, all with strong reputations.
Transport
Commuters will love the convenience here. Northwood Hills & Pinner Stations (Metropolitan Line) is just over half a mile away, getting you into central London in around 25–30 minutes. There’s also easy access to Hatch End for additional transport links, and bus routes run frequently through the area. If you're driving, the A40 and M25 are within easy reach too.
Shopping & Local Amenities
Pinner High Street is just a short stroll away and offers a lovely mix of independent shops, cafés, and high street favourites. You’ve got everything from M&S Foodhall to artisan bakeries and local butchers. For larger shops, Harrow town centre or Watford are both within a short drive.
Green Space & Recreation
There’s no shortage of greenery around Mercer Place. Pinner Memorial Park is just a few minutes away — ideal for a weekend walk, a coffee by the lake, or some quiet time in nature. Pinner Village Gardens and Eastcote House Gardens are also nearby, offering beautifully maintained spaces and family-friendly activities throughout the year.
Community, Family Life & Entertainment
Pinner has a real community feel with regular farmers' markets, local events like Pinner Fair and Pinner Pantomime Evening, and a good selection of pubs and restaurants — Zaza, Luna Rossa, and The Queen’s Head are all local favourites. There’s also a cinema and theatre in nearby Harrow, and Hatch End’s arts centre is great for live music and comedy nights.
