Owner Insight
"i’ve loved my time living here and have been really happy, but it’s time to downsize and move on - I will be sad to leave! The sun pours in to the huge bay windows every morning and the outlook over the garden simply stunning. The flat feels spacious with the Victorian room height but also cosy with the double-glazing and feature fireplace. Over the years I have made use of the direct access to the large terrace and the outside space makes living there so enjoyable and sociable.
The easy access to the shops in St Marychurch and bus routes going in all directions have made this the perfect flat for me; a short stroll to the Downs and the beaches, as well as the green surroundings being in Cary Park will be hard to beat, and whoever moves in will as happy as I have been I am sure."
