Brickworks Says
Set on one of South Tottenham's quiet, residential streets—just a stone's throw from Haringey's lively heart—this three-bedroom Victorian terraced house offers a true sense of calm. Soft, neutral tones carry the light beautifully throughout the day, subtly highlighting the home's original features and giving the whole space a serene, welcoming feel.
Thoughtful renovations have added versatility, so whether you're curling up with a book or hosting friends, the layout works around you. Out back, the garden's full of simple pleasures: A lilac tree that puts on a lovely show each spring, and rosemary and bay close at hand when you're cooking. It's a space that suits slow mornings just as well as bustling get-togethers.
This pocket of South Tottenham has a special kind of richness, where layers of history meet the buzz of new cafés, restaurants and local events. There's always something shifting, something new to discover. And with great local schools and transport links nearby, it's easy to understand why this is such a coveted pocket.
The Owners Say
We've lived in this area for over a decade now, and it still surprises and delights us. What truly sets this neighbourhood apart is the sense of community—something we hadn't experienced anywhere else in London.
This house has been our home for the past five years. From the moment we walked through the door, it gave us a sense of calm. The garden has been a real sanctuary for us, too. It's where we've shared long barbecues with friends, chased toddlers through the grass, and quietly watched butterflies, squirrels, and the occasional robin redbreast pass through.
This home has been just the right size for our family. Although we did once dream of a loft extension to make even more of the space, our family grew faster than we could build! Now it's time for someone new to meet this wonderful neighbourhood, make their own mark on this home, and—most of all—enjoy it as much as we have.

These figures naturally change seasonally.
Recent work:
The current owners have opened up the main reception room and the dining room by removing the dividing wall. They’ve done the same in the kitchen, removing the wall that separated it from the garden room to create one larger, cohesive space. The kitchen and the bathroom have also been renovated.
Getting around:
There are lots of transport options nearby, the closest being the 341 bus which is right at the end of the street. This goes to Manor House, Newington Green and Angel, or up to Tottenham. You can reach both Manor House (Piccadilly line, Z2+3) and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line, Z3) in less than 20 minutes by foot, and Harringay Green Lanes (Suffragette line, Z3) is just a 10-minute walk away.
Schools:
Chestnuts Primary School is well loved in the area, and South Harringay School is also a popular choice. West Green Primary School has a good reputation locally—with just one form per year group. Park View School and Harris Academy are both well liked, co-educational secondary schools in the area.
Onward plans:
The current owners have moved into rented accommodation and are selling chain-free.
Anything else:
The house is an ideal example of a Victorian terrace. We wouldn't change a thing! But, if you need more space––now or in the future––the loft could be converted to create more living space.
