We’ve loved living in our apartment for almost 8 years. It’s been such a special place for us. One of our favourite things is the open plan kitchen and living area. In the summer we open the balcony doors and enjoy the breeze and extra sense of space. We’ve been really lucky with how roomy the flat is. Both bedrooms are good sized doubles which has given us lots of flexibility over the years. Being so close to the lexicon is also a massive bonus for us. We have loved being able to walk into town within 10 minutes, it’s so handy. It’s been a happy home for us and it has suited our lifestyle really well. We hope the next owners love it as much as us!

This place doesn't look a day older than when it was bought from new 8 years ago! There isn't a single room within the apartment that feels small or compromised with two double bedrooms and lots of storage. The lovely big entrance hall just adds to the lovely feeling of space inside. You even get that all important private balcony which we love. It really is a must view for anyone looking for a large two bedroom property!
