With two double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/diner and your own section of the rear garden, it’s a home that feels calm and full of natural light. If you lived here...
This home has real presence—thoughtfully laid out, full of personality, and clearly loved.
The reception room greets you with deep, inky-blue walls and rich wooden floors, instantly setting the mood. Light spills in through a wide window dressed with crisp white shutters that balance privacy with daylight. Built-in alcove shelves and cupboards frame an ornate fireplace—part functional storage, part focal point.
The first double bedroom has a light, easy atmosphere. White walls, soft carpet, and peaceful garden views make it a genuinely relaxing space, while a jungle-themed feature wall adds just the right amount of playful flair.
In the open-plan kitchen, style meets practicality without trying too hard. Blue cabinetry with copper handles contrasts beautifully with solid wood worktops. A full-height window brings in loads of natural light, bouncing off gorgeous parquet flooring, and a copper pendant hangs above the dining space, giving it that low-key dinner party glow. A set of steps takes you directly out to the garden.
The garden feels calm and considered—decking at both ends, a square of lawn in between, surrounded by greenery and just enough space for both lounging and growing. There’s even a shed tucked at the back to keep things tidy.
Upstairs, the converted loft is more than just an extra room—it’s a retreat. Double doors open to a Juliet balcony, letting the breeze roll in. There’s soft carpet underfoot and, in a bold but brilliant move, a freestanding bath set between two Velux windows. It’s a space for quiet, for soaking, for doing nothing at all.
Next door, the bathroom keeps things crisp and uncomplicated: White tiles, a walk-in shower, and a layout that works.
With layered character, flexible spaces, and a setting that’s both connected and socially-minded, this is a home that’s ready for real life—not just showings.

A word from the owners...
"We’ve loved every minute of our four years living in this very cool (or so everyone who visits tells us) ex-Warner. The flat itself is a great space full of character, calming colours, a brilliantly social kitchen-diner and a beautiful master bedroom complete with freestanding bath. The back garden is ridiculously peaceful, perfect for get togethers or just time to yourself. The location is absolutely spot on, too. A brisk 15-minute walk to Walthamstow Central, meaning you’re in central London in half an hour. Or the same up to Walthamstow Village and its variety of fancy caffs and shops. And not much more than a stone’s throw from the glorious Lloyd Park. The neighbours are excellent, and people genuinely look out for each other, meaning there’s a real sense of community on Carr Road."
