If you lived here...

This handsome Victorian terrace pairs timeless character with contemporary style, unfolding over three beautifully arranged floors. Step inside to discover thoughtfully designed interiors, where original features sit effortlessly alongside modern finishes, and each space flows seamlessly into the next.

The reception room at the front is a striking yet welcoming space, centred around an exposed brick chimney breast and elegant fireplace. Teal walls, timber flooring and custom shelving create a refined, homely feel, enhanced by daylight from the bay window. The room opens into a sociable dining area, where rich wooden floors continue, and a bold patterned wall brings a playful edge. It’s an ideal setting for both lively gatherings and quiet family dinners.

At the rear, the well-appointed kitchen is both contemporary and practical, with glossy cabinetry, clean-lined surfaces, and a central island for casual meals or prepping. Sliding doors draw in the sun and open directly onto a neatly landscaped garden, low-maintenance and perfect for summer evenings outdoors. A crisp white WC is tucked off the hallway.

Upstairs, the first bedroom spans the front of the home and includes a bay window, built-in storage, and a modern en-suite. A second double bedroom and family bathroom complete this level. The top floor hosts a bright and spacious main bedroom with skylights, built-in wardrobes, a smart en-suite and Juliet balcony. A further rear bedroom offers flexibility and excellent natural light.

A word from the owner....

"This has been an amazing family home for us with great transport links, being so close to Wood Street Station and right by the 212 bus route that gets you to Walthamstow Central in minutes. Chestnut Fields is amazing for dog walking and it's in close proximity to Lloyd Park, the Ravenscroft breweries, Epping Forest and WalthamstowVillage. It’s just a lovely place to live.
The street benefits from an active WhatsApp group and in particular we have very nice neighbours. We will be sad to leave!"
