Set behind an attractive brick façade on a quiet residential street just moments from vibrant Wood Street, you’ll also be perfectly placed to enjoy everything that makes E17 so popular — from the excellent connections at Walthamstow Central and Wood Street to the characterful streets of Walthamstow Village.
If you lived here...
You’ll have over 1,100 square feet of elegantly finished living space to enjoy, with the dual through-lounge alone offering around 250 square feet — perfect for both entertaining and relaxed family time. Natural light pours in through the bay window, while a wood burner creates a cosy focal point.
To the rear, the kitchen has a charming rustic vibe, with considered fittings, smart units, open shelving, and views out to your secluded south-facing garden.
Upstairs, the front bedroom is bathed in light and finished in a thoughtful teal palette. The two other bedrooms on this floor are just as beautifully presented, while the family bathroom is elegant and contemporary.
Head up the skylit, beautifully painted staircase to the expertly designed loft conversion, where whitewashed timber flooring continues. Here, you’ll find another ideal spot for home working, along with the standout penthouse-style master bedroom. Spanning 175 square feet, this light-filled room features skylights, excellent built-in storage, and a sparkling en suite.
Meanwhile, you’re just five minutes from Wood Street station, where you can nip to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes on the Weaver Overground, or just enjoy the surrounding area, which is thriving with much-loved established institutions, such as the unique Wood Street Indoor Market, as well as newer ventures, such as beer shop-cum-bar Clapton Craft and the Wood Street Bear.
What else?
-You’re only a six minute stroll from the Ravenswood Industrial Estate, which is home to the ever-popular God’s Own Junkyard, as well as Pillars and Malt Haus, plus gin palace Mother’s Ruin.
-You don’t have to travel far to dine in style; Arte e pasta, an Italian sharing plate restaurant with a focus on hand-made pasta, is less than half a mile from your home.
- Parents will be pleased to know you have a wide choice of highly regarded primary and secondary schools in the area.

A word from the owner...
"The house is gorgeously bright with big skylights and natural light everywhere. It’s deceptively big with plenty of space for hosting friends, hanging out with family or watching the telly. The garden has always felt like a little oasis in the city with lots of yummy apples, pears and berries and a hammock.
We’ve loved our time on Turner Road and will be sad to say goodbye - it's treated us really well. Wood street is the perfect little community with everything right on your doorstep. Chocalatine for bread and Wood Street Bakery for the best pastries we’ve ever eaten, a local grocery store that sells absolutely everything, an excellent framing shop that also does gallery openings, and local restaurants, bars and pubs.
The Village is about 10-minute walk, with all its shops, restaurants, al fresco dining, and pubs - The Castle is our favourite — and the collection of breweries, from gin to beer. We also have the Forest Cinema, an independent cinema, Soho Walthamstow and Epping Forest right next door."
