Guide Price of £375,000 - £400,000. Absolutely stunning 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette with a private garden found on a quiet road in Sidcup with the benefit of a garage & a driveway for three cars.
We asked the sellers to tell us a little bit about their time living in the property and here is what they had to say:
We’ve truly poured our hearts into making this property a home. Appledore Crescent is a quiet, peaceful street, yet everything we need is right on our doorstep - whether it’s hopping on a train to London, eating out on Sidcup High Street, or catching a film at the Sidcup Storyteller. We love the nearby green spaces, from the park just down the road to nature trails a short walk or drive away.
It's super handy for driving. Within minutes you’re on the M20/M25 in one direction, or can head into London via the A20/South Circular in the other. Perfect for commuting or visiting friends and family.
We love our garden, which we’ve tended with trees and flowers over the last 4 years. It catches the sun all day and when we open the bi-fold doors, the inside flows seamlessly out. One of the best decisions we made was adding the garden office - it’s given us the space to separate work from home, allowing us to truly switch off and relax in the evenings.
The property feels surprisingly spacious, with big rooms, hallway storage, and a garage with electrics. We’ll miss pulling onto the drive and being able to walk straight through our front door after a long day (really handy for small children).
We’re only moving because we hope to grow our family and are ready to take on another project (when we moved in, the property hadn’t been touched since the 1980s). It’s a bittersweet goodbye, but we’d be thrilled for someone to enjoy the comfort, care and character we’ve put into it as much as we have.
